SHIPPING & HANDLING
DELIVERIES:

PROCESSING
Orders placed prior to 12pm weekdays are processed and shipped the same day. Orders made after 12pm weekdays or during the weekend will be shipped the next business day. 

P&P COST
Shipping & Handling costs are in NZD for all orders sent anywhere in New Zealand.

For all orders under $119 the shipping and handling fee is $9.90. A $3.00 surcharge applies for rural delivery orders. 

DELIVERY TIME
Allow 1-2 days for delivery throughout the North Island, and 1-3 days to the South Island.

CARRIER
We use New Zealand Post Non-Signature Required tracked shipping for most of our orders but we may occasionally use other carriers when required. All carriers deliver to street addresses only and cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Bags.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are unable to send items outside of New Zealand.
