Refund policy

Don't like a product? Tell us! We'll make it right and make you happy. We promise. Here at Fuelld, we want you to love your experience and the products you purchase. While we’re pretty confident that we stock only the best and most effective products available, sometimes what works for us might not work for you, or the first size you try might not be quite the right fit. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with something you purchased in the last 90 days, please let us know.


To start a return, you can contact us at sales@fuelld.co.nz. Be sure to reference your order number and the email address used to purchase on our website to help expedite the process. We do not accept returns on food items that have been opened, but we will issue a store credit if you are unsatisfied. In the event of a return, please contact us first before sending back a return shipment. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
